Let's start with everyone's favorite - pizza. Instead of eating chicken or pepperoni pizzas, try vegetarian pizzas instead. There is a huge selection of vegetarian pizzas available at most pizza parlors, ranging from roasted vegetable pizza to pesto primavera pizza. I can assure you that these vegetarian pizzas would taste just as good as their meat counterpart. And it is definitely a healthier option.

Next, we have pasta and noodles. Instead of having pasta alfredo with shrimp, why not switch to alfredo with vegetables instead. When you are ordering pad thai rice noodles, replace the chicken with tofu. Tofu tastes just like the real thing but it is definitely a healthier option than chicken.
