Baking Healthy Recipes - Cheese and Zucchini Rolls for the Family Weekend - Food - Recipes

I actually feel most like staying at home with the family for a few months to do nothing but spend just about anything together, travel, play board games and find easy to make but healthy recipes to cook for them. But, I think it's an impossible thing being a busy person, so I just try my best not to disrupt a weekend time with my wife and the whole family, by making them one of the kid's favorites, rich in cheese rolls!

I can say that this cheese roll recipe is something you will find affordably wonderful both for what you need and for how it tastes. It doesn't actually need the surprise of a lot of other ingredients aside from cheese to be a crowd-pleaser. Cheese and zucchini are enough to make it a big healthy surprise. If you think your family will enjoy rolls that are soft and tender to bite, filled with cheese and a light tang of zucchini that is mildly sweet, and delicious, I guess this cheesy recipe with browned edges leaking out the pan would make you say - PERFECT!

You'll only need:

1 cup of water2 tbsp vegetable oil1/3 cup of nonfat dry milk1 1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp sugar4 cup of bread flour1/3 cup zucchini, grated1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated2 tsp instant yeast

How to Make It:

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan as recommended by the machine manufacturer. Insert the pan into the bread machine and press the dough cycle. When the cycle is done remove dough and set onto a lightly floured surface. Cover the dough with a large bowl and set aside to rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 24 equal size portions and roll each of the portions into balls. Arrange on a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Cover the whole sheet and allow the rolls to rise in a warm place until the size has doubled, usually about 45 minutes. Set the oven temperature at 375 and preheat the oven. If your kids also enjoy cheese, top the rolls with more grated cheese before baking. Cook only for 15 minutes, or until the rolls sound hollow when tapped lightly on the bottom. It's the recipe secret!

You will love these tasty rolls not just for the weekend but for any event you want them around. They even make great midnight snack. Just heat them up in the microwave for about 15 seconds and enjoy them along with your favorite beverage. There's no need to peel the zucchini before grating it. The added peal helps to increase your fiber intake.

Hope you'll find this another healthy recipe to try.
