Indian food: - The most popular food in India is flat bread serve together with pulling tea. Indian foods are very popular in the world because these are delicious and spicy. 3. Chinese food: - Chinese food is less spicy as compare to Malay food and Indian food. But nowadays, maximum people love to eat Chinese food. A very popular food is Penang Fried flat rice noodles which are stir-fried with black soy sauce, chilli, prawns, eggs, cockles and bean sprouts.

As we all know, everyone is interested in junk food but these have high calories and they are deep fried food which is so much harmful for our health and excessive consumption can lead to obesity. Malay food is so much delicious and one of the favorite foods of people and keep you far away from diseases. It doesn't affect on your health.
